8. PLAYER ACCOUNTS

If an IP overlap is detected between multiple accounts, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access without the possibility of appeal.

9. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

We enforce strict fraud prevention measures and may verify player identity before processing withdrawals.

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, multiple account creation, or use of stolen payment methods, will result in account termination.

The Company reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings obtained through exploitative gaming tactics, such as advantage play.

Players engaging in game manipulation, collusion, or fraudulent activities may have their accounts suspended, winnings forfeited, and relevant authorities notified.

Any software errors or glitches must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in liability for damages.

The use of "replaceable" bitcoin transactions (Opt-in Replace-by-Fee - RBF) is prohibited. Accounts engaging in such transactions may be closed.

Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times (player must place bets three times of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of the Casino.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's name. Third-party deposits may be reversed, and funds lost due to such transactions will not be reimbursed.

11. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 EUR/USD/GBP.

If a player has not wagered at least three times their deposit before withdrawal, transaction fees may apply.

The Company may conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals and reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in case of inconsistencies.

The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 20,000 EUR/USD/GBP per month, 5,000 EUR/USD/GBP per week and 2,500 EUR/USD/GBP per day unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino's sole discretion.

Maximum cumulative profit on all Casino Games (excluding any progressive jackpot wins) in any 24 hours rolling window by each customer shall be capped at €100,000 (or currency equivalent) for VIP users, €25,000 (or currency equivalent) for medium tier users and €5,000 (or currency equivalent) for standard users. If a bet or wager is made by you that takes your profits over the limit within the 24 hours rolling window you will be paid out up to €100,000 for VIP users, €25,000 for medium tier users and €5,000 for standard users (or currency equivalent) for non-VIP users, and any excess profits may, at our discretion, be be voided entirely.

12. DORMANT ACCOUNTS

Accounts that remain inactive for 90 days will be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to close such accounts and retain any remaining balance.
